- Ensure communication of key business / customer issues to direct staff
- Continuously improve manufacturing and process for all assigned product/ processes
- Issue all document ( procedure, work instruction, form ) of QC/QA division and train all related personnel
- Solve quality issue, analyse the root cause, follow up correction, corrective & preventive action. Work with sales, supplier/ customer to identify and improve the quality problem.
- Manage the quality team and cooperate with cross-function to achieve quality goal.
- Build and follow up the quality plan
- Control the measuring tool and perform calibration.
- Implement Quality Management System complying with ISO 9001 Standard
- Take lead internal audit and make improvement report
