We are looking for a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing as detail:

Daily production management:
- Ensure the respect of monthly targets for production quantity, quality, scrap rate, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to support respect of planning and quality requirements (Production, Planning, Stock & Quality Departments).
- Manage quality standards, quality control programs to ensure that the product effectively satisfies the quality standards requested by the client;
- Perform daily review of planning, processes and workers tasks assignment to reach the target of output.
Team Management:
- Manage 5 Team Leaders and 50 to 100 workers in their daily tasks.
- Develop and evaluate the team.

- Male, over 33 years old
- At least 3 years experiences in production management and injection knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Production and Quality index (KPI, AQL, 5S, etc)
- Strong leadership skills; ability to solve problems.
- Good at English.
